The concept

Choose one word from the three proposed: Blue, Horizon, or Plasticity. It's up to you to find the inspiration and imagine the story you want to tell. Once you've chosen your word, write the script or synopsis for your short film and submit your application.

Budget: €10,000
This budget covers the entire production process: development, shooting, post-production, and crew.

We are looking for projects designed to be produced within this production framework.

04 — Director's approach: crew, shooting days, locations, and how you'd adapt your film to this budget

Conditions

• Maximum running time: 20 minutes
• Shooting takes place in France
• Open to filmmakers of all nationalities
• Fiction, documentary, experimental, and hybrid forms are welcome
• One project will be selected
